RouteMap IMS Patch for Dynamic Database Logon

When setting up a dynamic database for RouteMAP IMS, you must specify a DSN. In some cases, after selecting the DSN and entering the username and password (in the Map Author wizard), you get an error saying "Login failed for user 'NT AUTHORITY\ANONYMOUS LOGON'" even though you have the password set in both the DSN and in the optional username and password fields in Map Author.

To install this patch, unzip the file and replace the Map Author executable with this one.
