ESRI is pleased to announce PLTS for ArcGIS 9.3.1 Defense Service Pack 1 Patch 1. It is recommended that customers download and install this patch at their earliest convenience.

Installing the Patch

You must have PLTS for ArcGIS Defense 9.3.1 with Service Pack 1 installed.
You must have administrator privileges and ensure that ArcMap is not currently open.
Save the patch locally.
Double-click the .msp to install the patch.
