GPT 3.1 Update to View Globe Functionality

This patch makes a change to the GPT 3.1 “View Globe” functionality available from the search results page for Live metadata content. When a layer is added via the View Globe button, all existing layers in Globe are first removed. Applying this patch will cause the layer to be added, but will not remove any existing layers.

When selecting the "View Globe" button in a search result for metadata describing a Live Service, ArcGIS Explorer will launch, and add the Live Service as a layer. However, all existing layers will be removed. This patch provides an update to the Portal's XML stylesheet that generates the ArcGIS Explorer .nmf file responsible for adding the Live service to the Globe, and adds the layer without removing any existing layers. We recommend GPT 3.1 users using the View Globe functionality to download and install this patch at their earliest convenience.
