GIS Portal Toolkit (GPT) 3.0 Regional Settings Map Viewer Patch

Resumen

This patch is for GPT 3.0 users whose Portal is running on a system with regional settings set to something other than English (US). The patch addresses a problem of incorrect extents being returned when panning and zooming maps in the MapViewer. We recommend GPT 3.0 non-English users to download and install this patch at their earliest convenience.
