Resumen

This update contains an enhancement for those who have installed Business Analyst Desktop 10.4.1 and the Business Analyst 2016 Data Update.  This update will make Address Coder "Large Address Aware" and allow it to use the geocoding enhancements distributed with the ArcGIS 10.4.1 for (Desktop, Engine, Server) Geocoding General Maintenance Patch.

Esri® announces the Esri Business Analyst Desktop 10.4.1 2016 Data Patch. This update patch should be installed by U.S. version users of Business Analyst Desktop 10.4.1 and includes an enhancement for the included Address Coder. It deals specifically with Address Coder and will allow it to use improvements made to the core ArcGIS geocoding functionality. It deals specifically with the issue listed below under Issues Addressed with this patch.

Installing this patch on Windows


Installation Steps:


Esri Business Analyst Desktop 10.4.1 must be installed before installing this patch.

  1. Download the appropriate file to a location other than your ArcGIS installation location. All users will need to install ArcGIS-1041-BA-2016U-Patch.msp.

  2. ArcGIS 10.4.1 Checksum (Md5)

  3. Make sure you have write access to your ArcGIS installation location.

  4. Double-click ArcGIS-1041-<Product>-2016DATA-Patch.msp to start the setup process.

    NOTE: If double clicking on the MSP file does not start the setup installation, you can start the setup installation manually by using the following command:

    msiexec.exe /p [location of Patch]\ArcGIS-1041-<Product>-2016DATA-Patch.msp
