Eliminar elementos de leyenda de las capas recién agregadas de una leyenda en un diseño de ArcGIS Pro

Resumen

When exporting layouts as PDF files in ArcGIS Pro, legend items of newly added layers are included in the legend. This article describes how to remove legend items of newly added layers from the legend before exporting the layout.

The following image displays an example of a legend in an exported PDF file. In this example, San_Francisco_Crimes_Enrich and San_Francisco_Crimes are the newly added layers after the legend is built.

Procedimiento

1. In ArcGIS Pro, in the Contents pane of the layout view, right-click Legend and select Properties.
2. In the Format Legend pane, click the Options icon and navigate to Synchronize with map.
3. Uncheck the New layer check box.

4. Save the project, and export the layout as a PDF file.

The following image displays legend items of newly added layers removed from the legend in an exported PDF file.
