While Survey123 does not yet support location sharing, Esri plans to make this functionality available in General Release in Q1 2023.  

As an immediate alternative, use ArcGIS QuickCapture or ArcGIS Field Maps for location sharing. These apps can track mobile workers to record their movements. See the documentation for more details about location tracking in Field Maps and QuickCapture.
