Portal for ArcGIS: Alojado/<Feature_Service>/FeatureServer: El intento de conexión ha fallado

Mensaje de error

En ArcGIS Enterprise, al intentar cargar una capa de entidades alojada en Portal for ArcGIS Map Viewer o ArcGIS Dashboards, aparece de forma intermitente el siguiente mensaje de error.

Error:
Hosted/<Feature_Service>/FeatureServer: The connection attempt failed.

En algunos casos, el mensaje de error que se describe a continuación aparece en los registros de hosting de ArcGIS Server, además del mensaje de error anterior.

Error:
Hosted/<Feature_Service>/FeatureServer: Connection to <Machine_Name>:9876 refused. Check that the hostname and port are correct and that the postmaster is accepting TCP/IP connections.

Causa

El programa antivirus instalado en el equipo interrumpe la comunicación entre ArcGIS Server y el almacén de datos relacional.

Configurar excepciones antivirus

Configure el software antivirus para excluir ciertos procesos o directorios relacionados con ArcGIS. Consulte Microsoft: Agregar una exclusión a la seguridad de Windows para obtener instrucciones. • Directorios de Portal for ArcGIS:

\portalforarcgis\content\arcgisportal\db\

Note:
After completing the necessary tasks, reinstate the exempted directories.

Desactive o elimine el programa antivirus

Warning:
Proceed with the following workaround with caution, as disabling or removing the antivirus program potentially exposes the machine to security risks.

Desactive o elimine el programa antivirus en los equipos de ArcGIS Enterprise. Consulte Microsoft: Desactivar la protección antivirus de Defender en Seguridad de Windows para obtener instrucciones.

Si el antivirus es un programa de terceros, desactívelo temporalmente.

Note:
After completing the necessary tasks, reactivate the antivirus program, as it safeguards the machine from potential security threats. To reactivate Microsoft Defender, refer to Microsoft: Turn on Microsoft Defender Antivirus for instructions. If a third-party antivirus was disabled, reenable it.
