XY Table to Point Geoprocessing tool completes successfully when exporting to Shapefile but not all records are converted due to the Shapefile reaching the 2GB size limit.

Solución alternativa

Use the Make XY Event Layer tool (this is temporary), then right-click on this Make XY Event Layer tool and use the Export Features tool. This tool allows you to amend the output schema, i.e., change the length of the field. When the 2GB limitation is reached, the following warning, "WARNING 000594: Input feature 467556: General function failure" is returned, which details that an input feature may not be able to be processed because the output dataset has reached the maximum number of records or file size.
