DisplayX and DisplayY are controlled by a different property which is not exposed via the UI at this time. We will expose it in a future release. If you would like it disabled not, set "WriteDispXDispYFields" property to "False" at the bottom of the USAddress.lot.xml file located in the %ARCGIS_INSTALL%\Locators folder before creating your locator or update the same property in the locator you have already created.
