Error

With the default basemap set to a map containing a custom vector tile layer, when creating a new web map the Map Viewer will fail to display the basemap and be unresponsive.

Solución alternativa

If the custom basemap includes an additional layer in the basemap layers besides the vector tile layer (such as a cached map service or hosted map image layer), the behavior does not occur.
