When trying to display an attribute table it does not appear on screen. If one moves or re-sizes the table window in ArcMap, ArcMap writes this to the Windows Registry, reflecting the new position and/or size of the table window, but not conversely. Modifying the registry key does not have any effect on ArcMap, it does not retain the new position or size.
