Error
When zooming into the World Topographic map in France, the buildings (polygons) disappear.

Esri France has created the map cache within the country of France. The content is controlled by the sources they use. The Esri (Redlands) basemap team does not have the ability to make the change since the map cache is from Esri France. Note: The map link provided is the raster version of the topographic map. These maps are going into mature support in early Q3, 2021. Refer to the following blog for more information, https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/arcgis-online/announcements/reminder-raster-basemaps-services-moving-to-mature-support/. Use one of the following options to update map usage to one of the vector basemaps: 1) OpenStreetMap vector basemap.
