When visualizing raster imagery for Mars with stereographic projection, Latitude of Origin parameter is read as Standard Parallel 1 parameter from the raster header.

Open the Define Projection tool > Input the shared raster > Click on the Globe icon for coordinate system > Right-click on current coordinate system > Copy and Modify > Specify Latitude of Origin as 90 degrees > Run the tool.
