When utilizing a pair of serverGens parameters in the extractChanges operation in the ArcGIS REST APIs, the time frame or serverGens is not honored.

Support for the serverGens parameter with the extractChanges operation was added for ArcGIS Enterprise in 11.0. Please refer to https://developers.arcgis.com/rest/services-reference/enterprise/extract-changes-feature-service/. The serverGens parameter supports a minimum/maximum range of serverGens, but there was an issue with this which was resolved in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.2.Pasos para reproducir
