When using the Single Choice Grid question (table-list appearance) in Survey123 Connect for ArcGIS with multiple languages, the questions in the table are displayed in all languages used.

Single Choice Grid question created in Web Designer is not supported in Survey123 Connect and field app. This is a known limitation and is documented for Survey123 for ArcGIS 3.5 release. Note that Single Choice Grid question type and Grid-theme (table-list) have different features and functionality.

Solución alternativa

Use the Single Choice Grid question in Survey123 for ArcGIS but do not use multiple languages.
