Error
When using the Python labeling expressions, the ArcGIS Runtime SDK for .NET app does not display labels from layers with single quotation marks within the mobile map packages.

ArcGIS Runtime SDK for .NET does not support Python label expressions. Only simple expressions and Arcade expressions are supported. If however the expression is Python and just a simple field name, during packaging a label class definition is published using the simple-expression format (effectively converting from Python to simple expression).Solución alternativa
Use double quotation marks for the Python labeling expressions.
