Error
When using the Pick Address tool in the Review/Rematch dialog with the "Match to Address Location" option, if the mouse is moved the slightest bit, it “clears” the match address from the left click, and disables the right click > pick address.

To match the address to the click point, use the left mouse to inspect the point (i.e. return the address first) and hit enter or space bar.
