When using the Create Network Dataset From Template tool in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) Server OS deployment, the tool fails when run via Python script or Python command line with the error message, "Abnormal program termination!"

Solución alternativa

In ArcGIS Desktop:

1. Create a file geodatabase and feature dataset, copy the empty line Feature Class to Feature Dataset.
2. Create and build a network dataset using the output from step 1.
3. Copy the file geodatabase to Linux Box.
4. Using arcpy:
   1. Export the line features to a new feature class in file geodatabase. Use Append to copy features from this new line feature class to the pre-existing line feature class within the feature dataset(required workaround due to https://support.esri.com/en/bugs/nimbus/TklNMTAyNzc4)
   2. Build the network.
