Error

When using multiple distances in the Buffer tool in ArcGIS Online, the buffer units are not created to the proper distance measurement.

Solución alternativa

Instead of using multiple distances in a single buffer, make individual buffers for each distance. For example: 1 buffer = 100 yards, 2nd buffer = 200 yards, 3rd buffer = 300 yards. Although they are all different feature layers, when all turned on together, they represent correct measured buffers as multiple rings.
