Error

When using Layer Files as input with the Append (Data Management) tool the error, "Error 000349 The input parameter is not a Table View" is encountered. Other similar tools such as Truncate and Merge are also documented to allow ‘Table Views’ as input work, without error, when using Layer Files as input.
