Error
When using a selection layer from an SQL Server enterprise geodatabase as input, the Buffer geoprocessing tool becomes unresponsive.

This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Pro 3.2.Solución alternativa
- Select the features to be exported and run the tool without creating a layer from the selection. Only the selected features are used as input for the Buffer tool.
- Export the selection to a new feature class or use a file geodatabase.
- Perform the workflow in ArcGIS Pro 2.9.0.
- The issue does not occur when using a PostgreSQL 13.6 enterprise geodatabase.
