Error
When used with a particular geometric network dataset, the 'Append' geoprocessing tool produces incorrect results with the following warning message, "Warning 000594: Input Feature <Object ID>: Unexpected Operation."

ArcGIS Desktop (including ArcGIS Engine and ArcObjects) is in mature support and will be retired March 1, 2026.
