Solución alternativa

These clean uninstall procedures is a workaround for the problem and allowed BA9.2 2007 to function correctly:1. Uninstall BA9.2 and AV9.2 through Add Remove Programs in the control panel.2. Go to Start>Run and type in regedit.3. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ESRI and delete that folder.4. Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ESRI and delete this folder also and then close registry editor5. Navigate to <a href="file:C:/Documents" target="_blank">C:\Documents</a> and Settings\jason3727\Application Data\ESRI and delete this folder (this path has my login name so you will just go through yours).6. Go to this url and download and install Windows Install Clean Up utility. Once installed run the program which will be a same dialog that displays all the programs that have msi installer files. If you see any ArcGIS related entries you can choose to remove and do so if they do exist in the list:<a href="http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301" target="_blank">http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301</a>
