This issue is not reproducible. If the issue persists, contact Esri Support Services.Solución alternativa
Enable the features when publishing a map service. Alternatively, publish the feature services with the editor tracking and extract capabilities enabled. When possible, publish them as hosted feature services to reduce download inconsistency, unintended errors, and better long-term support.
