When trying to add web maps and layers to a project in ArcGIS Business Analyst, users are prompted for portal credentials if any of the web maps includes a non-public server service that does not have stored credentials.

Solución alternativa

Currently, cancel the pop-up and receive the warning "The items you are trying to add can't be accessed." but are still able to access living atlas data and other web maps. This can be confusing for users who don't realize the reason they are being prompted for their portal credentials and lead them to believe they can no longer access data like they could before.
