Error
When the Layer Search search result in the Locate pane is selected with the 'Add to Selection' option, the Cut and Copy buttons on the Map tab in the Clipboard group are inactive.

ArcGIS Pro uses ribbon tabs and panes, which dynamically update based on the context, to access functionality. When the Locate pane is active, it has no context for the Clipboard group on the Map ribbon because the selection is on the layer in the Map and the Contents pane (not the Locate pane). When a pane that contains the layer (such as the Contents or Map pane) is active, the context switches, and editing and clipboard functions are enabled.Solución alternativa
- To activate the Cut and Copy buttons, right-click the map or the attribute table to open the view that shows only selected features.
- Click Zoom to selected features (by clicking the count of selected features in the lower corner of the map).
