When the ERROR extent is larger than the current extent, utility network topology ERROR areas remain after the error feature is corrected and the topology is validated.

Solución alternativa

1. Recreate the Metal 3-Way Tee and validate. This will recreate a genuine topology ERROR.
2. Delete that feature.
3. Zoom out to the extent of the ERROR area and validate. Dirty and ERROR areas are validated and removed.
