When the drive that ArcGIS Data Store is installed on runs out of disk space, a configuration file can get corrupted and cause backups to fail.

An out-place restore allows backups to be reinitialized and pick up the new username repuser. <a href="file:c:/Program" target="_blank">c:\Program</a> Files\ArcGIS\DataStore\tools>importmanageddb.bat export --server-admin admin --server-password admin --data-dir <a href="file:c:/arcgisdatastore" target="_blank">c:\arcgisdatastore</a> --source-loc <a href="file:C:/customer_export/export" target="_blank">C:\customer_export\export</a> To do so: 1. Run exportmanageddb2. Stop the Data Store Windows Service.3. Rename the <a href="file:c:/arcgisdatastore" target="_blank">c:\arcgisdatastore</a> folder to <a href="file:c:/arcgisdatastore_old" target="_blank">c:\arcgisdatastore_old</a>4. Start Data Store Windows Service.5. Run the importmanageddb operation on the exportmanageddb export file created (as shown above). **Note: source-loc is the location of the export file, and the –server-admin and –server-password must be the respective user and password for the server.**
