Error
When storing a secured ArcGIS for Server service in Portal for ArcGIS and setting referrer URLs in the Limit Usage section of the layer, Collector Classic for ArcGIS (Android) continuously prompts for credentials even if the correct credentials are provided.

Remove the referrer URLs, and only restrict the amount of times the service can be used over a set time frame.
