Error
When setting 'Ask where to save before unpacking', UnpackingProjectPackageOption and UnpackingOtherPackagesOption are adjusted through the Pro.settingsconfig file. The setting is changed in the Options dialog box in ArcGIS Pro, but the action is not honored in ArcGIS Pro's behavior.

This issue cannot be reproduced.Solución alternativa
Appropriate workarounds include:
- Using the Options dialogue box in ArcGIS Pro to manually toggle the setting.
- When unpacking a project template or other packages and files, manually save the item in the desired location on the machine after it unpacks into ArcGIS Pro. Optionally, remove the newly unpacked file from the original location it unpacks to.
