Error
When running ArcGIS for Server 10.3 on Amazon Machine Image (AMI), attempting to access the URL http://hostname/arcgis displays a plain splash screen that does not provide any option to open the Services Directory and fails to redirect to the REST endpoint. This problem also occurs on physical machines using http://hostname:6080/arcgis.

Tested with instance created from "Esri ArcGIS 10.3 for Server with SQL Server Express (Nov 2014)" AMI. Not able to reproduce the problem.Solución alternativa
