When repeatedly rearranging the order of a group of point layers in a web map published to Portal for ArcGIS 10.9 or 10.9.1 and subsequently saving in ArcGIS Pro 2.9.0, each layer's symbology is gradually distorted or blurred.

Solución alternativa

After rearranging but prior to saving the web map, change each layers' symbology to the layer's original symbol by selecting the exact same symbol currently displayed. For example, if the layer's symbol is an Aquarium, open the layer's Symbology pane and select the Aquarium symbol again to reset it.
