Error
When publishing an ArcGIS Survey123 survey that uses an existing feature service or feature layer, the webform fails to load on the installed ArcGIS Survey123 website.

Solución alternativa
Comment out specific section of the 'openrosa2html5form.xsl' files within the ArcGIS Survey123 website installation folder on the server.
There is a current version and all previous versions as well which need to be modified. The specific section to comment out contains:
"<xsl:message>ERROR: Submissions element(s) not supported.</xsl:message>"
The team commented out the entire parent 'if' tag around this ERROR section. Then restart the Survey123 Website Windows service.
