Error
When publishing a map service with cache in ArcGIS Pro, cache services with PNG image format are not drawn in ArcMap while services with mixed image format are drawn.

ArcGIS Desktop (including ArcGIS Engine and ArcObjects) is in mature support and will be retired March 1, 2026.
