Error

When publishing a feature service, the layer is not published in the map projection if the layer projection does not match the map projection.

The spatial reference of the feature service is published in the spatial reference of the map as shown in the service's REST URL. In ArcGIS Pro, the source spatial reference is displayed when viewing the feature service layer properties from the Source tab.
