Error
When pasting Rich Text Format (RTF) blocks from Microsoft Word into a text field in Portal for ArcGIS 10.4.1, the changes and input are ignored after exiting the edit session.

Option 1:
- Copy the Microsoft Word text and paste it to Notepad.
- Copy and paste the entry from Notepad to the web app.
Option 2:
After pasting the Microsoft Word entry into the field, scroll to the top of the entry and click the text. (i.e. scroll up in the entry and point the mouse over any word and click it)
