Error
When opening the ArcGIS Experience Builder in preview mode, the Legend widget in the Widget Controller widget does not honor the widget panel arrangement set in the editing mode windows.

The Legend widget panel is set at a fixed position (Bottom right, offset X: 620 px), while the Map widget uses percentage units (responsive to browser size). In this case, map sizes are different for different browser sizes. It is recommended to use the same unit for the Widget Controller fixed panel and the Map widget.Solución alternativa
Use the same unit for the Widget Controller fixed panel and the Map widget. For example, if two maps are split evenly on the canvas (50% width for each map widget), use the Stretch mode for the width of the controller panel. Setting left and right margins by percentage to make sure the widget panels are responsive as well.
