When opening the ArcGIS Experience Builder application, there is no option to switch ArcGIS Online accounts at the top of the page and returns the following error message, "GWM_0003: You do not have permissions to access this resource or perform this operation."

Solución alternativa

1) The issue occurs when the ArcGIS Experience Builder application is shared with 'Owner' or 'Organization' only; the issue does not occur when the application is shared with 'Everyone'.

2) If the user is not signed into an organization at all, the user is redirected to the ArcGIS Online login screen.
