When importing an MDX file in ArcGIS Pro, the grid properties in the layout change. The comma has to be replaced with a period.

Solución alternativa

If the computer configuration is set to the region of the USA with US English as the language setting when importing the MXD file, the grid in the layout is displayed with the correct properties; there is no need to change anything.
