Error
When formatting a phone number in Survey123 Connect, it gives an error in Survey123 web app.

This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Survey123 if the bind::esri:fieldLength value is either cleared or increased to make up for the increase in length of the Input Mask when changing from 999-999-9999 (12 characters) to (999) 999-9999 (14 characters). If the issue occurs after updating the fieldLength parameter, contact Esri Support Services as additional information is required for further investigation.Solución alternativa
When using a phone question without any constraints, it does not produce an error. Also, remove the field length when changing the Input mask.
