Error

When filling in the questions, the Canadian iOS device displays the 24-hour time system although the displayed response is in the 12-hour time system.

The field app uses the form locale, in this case, English is the form locale here. However, the device is set to Canada, and iOS uses a 24-hours time format for Canadian locale. That is the reason why the form shows AM PM(Form locale-English) but the time picker shows 24 hours (iOS locale-Canada). This behavior is by designed for the field app on an iOS device.
