In addition, - If the feature layer/attachment file is not shared with the public, the attachment URL cannot work without exposing the user token and a token can also expires. If "downloa attachment files with the report together and generate a link to the local attachment file" coudl help, please raise the use case to ENH-000134970. - If the feature layer/attachment file is shared with the public, BUG-000134941 need to be fixed before allowing make a hyperlink of the attachment URL.
