Error

When editing a web map application containing a basemap with a spatial reference other than WGS84 Web Mercator (Auxiliary Sphere), new basemaps do not load when using the Basemap toggle.

Currently, this is not on the foreseeable roadmap for a fix. This is a problem at the jsapi level and the templates will not be able to support a fix until the update is made there first.
