Error
When creating an item in ArcGIS Online from an ArcGIS Enterprise feature service, Map Viewer pop-ups and the Fields list display field names instead of field aliases if aliases are added to the data after the dataset is created.

Solución alternativa
Manually change the aliases or display names in the Fields list in ArcGIS Online Map Viewer.
This behavior is not reproducible with the same data and workflow in ArcGIS Enterprise 12.0.
