Error
When creating a new feature, edits to the attributes are not saved when edited through a web application based on the edit template.

Use the Edit widget in ArcGIS Web AppBuilders. Prior to filling out the attribute information in the pop-up, click the pop-up and select the feature again to re-open the pop-up which keeps the attribute information.
