When consuming a Network Analyst service in ArcMap, the error 'Route not found' will sometimes appear when solving.

Solución alternativa

Change the server to support both "SOAP or Binary". To do so, in ArcCatalog do the following:- Create a connection to manage the arcgis server.- Connect to the server.- Right-click the server node on the left side of the catalog window, and click "Root Folder Properties..."- Change "Web Service Protocol" from "SOAP" to "SOAP or Binary".
