Error

When configuring ArcGIS Open Data sites, the text color of a Category widget placed within a row does not change when changing the color in the Row Settings.

Current designed behavior is that category links will take on the theme link color, not the row text color. If users find it necessary to override this, users can change their category link color with embedded CSS in a text card.
