When configuring a custom role to utilize ArcGIS Field Maps, the Content, Publish Hosted Tile layers and Groups Create, update and delete privileges are required to be configured in order to see the ArcGIS Field Maps in the app launcher.

The workaround for this is to enable the following in the Second custom role:

General privileges:

Change Groups from 2/3 to 3/3 by adding the "Create, update, and delete" privileges.

Groups 3/3:

Change Content from 5/9 to 6/9 by adding the Publish hosted tile layers.

Content 6/9:

Create, update, and delete, Publish hosted feature layers, Publish hosted tile layers, Publish hosted scene layers, View content shared with organization, View location tracks.
