When collecting an image in ArcGIS Survey123 using the browser on mobile devices when the image is resized, the metadata for the photo is not captured.

Solución alternativa

The attachments submitted from the ArcGIS Survey123 field app capture EXIF info. If using an iOS device to capture and upload the photo, make sure the location services are enabled and change the camera capture format to Most Compatible rather than High Efficiency in the camera settings. High efficiency strips the coordinates from the photo when uploading it to ArcGIS Survey123 in a Safari browser.
